Steph joined the company in July 2017 and is one of our directors, overseeing the day to day operations of the business. Steph works from the office, managing staff and teams, reviewing, developing and promoting the success of the business, and describes herself as ‘a networker and negotiator’.

Her first job was washing hair and making brews for the customers at a local hair salon, before moving on to a career in sales. After leaving school she became as travel consultant (something she still finds time to do, despite a full time role at LED and a busy family!), before joining the ranks here.

Steph says: “We are a family run business with a great working environment, I love my team at LED Supply & Fit and helping both them and the business to achieve its goals. We are growing from strength to strength and it’s so exciting.”

Outside of work, Steph loves spending time with her children and family as well as holidays (she’s the go-to for amazing trips, breaks and deals!) and shopping. You can also find her enjoying good food, movies and a well-deserved glass of wine.

Steph owns over 100 pairs of shoes and likes her tea or coffee milky with two sugars. We asked her what she would be if she were a sweet treat….

She answered: “There are too many to choose from! Sweet treats are my guilty pleasure.”

Steph’s favourite LED Supply & Fit product is the RGBWW panel – she loves the effect of the disco colour changing panel and has them at home – her children love them too!
